Cacophony Recorders

Cacophony Recorders is a one-of-a-kind studio located in Austin, Texas. It blends the creative warmth of a home studio with the professional-grade precision of a high-end facility. The studio features a unique open-concept layout with no separate control room, promoting seamless collaboration between artists, engineers, and producers. Designed with over 30 RealTraps bass traps, the space ensures acoustic transparency and accurate monitoring—ideal for mixing, mastering, and recording without distraction.

Lo spazio

The main room spans 400 sq ft with sloped ceilings and can comfortably accommodate a 5-piece band and an engineer. It serves as both control and live room, creating a cohesive creative space. The facility includes three additional isolation booths:
• Large Iso Booth (48 sq ft): big enough for a dry-sounding drum kit or vocal isolation.
• Dry Amp Booth: houses an upright piano and various amps.
• Live Amp Booth: designed with speaker cabinets and more ambient character.
A relaxing outdoor deck/lounge with speakers provides a peaceful break zone.
