1. Introduction
Welcome to Studioplugger (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.studioplugger.com (the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Platform Role
Studioplugger acts solely as an intermediary by connecting artists and studio owners. We do not own, operate, manage, moderate, or control any of the listings, properties, or transactions on the Platform.
By using Studioplugger, you acknowledge that:
• Listings are not verified, moderated, or approved by Studioplugger. Studio owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including images, descriptions, and any related content.
• Studioplugger does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or condition of any studio listed on the Platform.
• Any disputes, misrepresentations, or issues related to a listing must be resolved directly between the artist and the studio owner.
Studioplugger is not liable for any inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content published by users. If you encounter any fraudulent or abusive listings, you may report them to us, and we may take appropriate action, but we are not obligated to remove or moderate any content.
3. Liability
By using the Platform, you agree that Studioplugger is not responsible for:
• Theft, loss, or damage to any equipment, personal belongings, or property before, during, or after a rental.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or any false information provided by users, including incorrect descriptions, misleading photos, or availability of listings.
• Safety, quality, legality, or suitability of any studio for the intended use.
• Issues related to payments, including chargebacks, failed transactions, or fraud (see Section 4).
Legal Action and Abuse
• If a user abuses the Platform by publishing unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or stolen content (including images and text), Studioplugger considers itself a harmed party and reserves the right to take legal action.
• In the event of legal disputes, the competent court is Milan, Italy.
If a problem arises, we may collaborate with the affected party by providing available information, but we do not guarantee or assume responsibility for any resolution.
4. Payments and Fees
Payment Processing
• All payments on Studioplugger are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, manage, or have access to users’ credit card or payment details.
• By using the Platform, you agree that any issues related to payments, chargebacks, disputes, or transaction failures are the sole responsibility of Stripe.

Fees and Commissions
• Artists pay the studio rental price plus a service fee, which is non-refundable.
• Studio owners pay a commission on each successful booking. They may also purchase additional services (such as featured ads) to enhance their listings.
• Studioplugger reserves the right to adjust its fee structure at any time.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation and refund policies are solely determined by the studio owners.
• Studioplugger does not process, guarantee, or influence any refunds.
• If a studio owner denies a refund, Studioplugger has no authority to override their decision.
• Artists and studio owners must agree to cancellation terms before booking to avoid misunderstandings.
If a refund dispute arises, users must contact Stripe and the studio owner directly. Studioplugger will not mediate or intervene in refund-related matters.
6. Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any legal action or dispute related to these Terms or the use of the Platform must be exclusively brought before the courts of Milan, Italy.
By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milan.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any updates, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
