Urchin Studios

Urchin Studios is a high-end recording facility located in London, designed from the ground up with premium acoustics and natural light throughout. The flagship Studio A is perfect for full band tracking, string sections, voiceover, overdubs, or video sessions. Founded on a deep respect for the classic studio layout, Studio A offers both heritage hardware and modern workflow support, catering to artists, producers, and engineers of every style.

The space

Studio A includes a separate control room and live room totaling 55 m². The control room features a custom wrap-around desk with a Trident 65 console, an SSL Nucleus 2 system, and multiple outboard units. The live room includes a vocal booth large enough for a drum kit or piano, with both dry and ambient acoustic zones. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, large windows for natural light, and has access to a shared lounge/kitchen as well as its own private chill-out space and bathroom.

CANCELLATIONS: Canceling a booking at least 14 calendar days before the recording date will incur no cost to the client. After this period, contact us and we’ll try to help you.
