Studio Unicorn

Studio Unicorn is a state-of-the-art recording facility nestled on the edge of a 10,000-acre wildlife sanctuary and reservoir in Redding, Connecticut — just one hour from New York City. Founded in 1985 by Multi-GRAMMY® Winning Producer & Engineer Paul Avgerinos, the studio has been the creative home for countless artists across all genres, offering top-tier recording, production, and mixing services. With cathedral ceilings, acoustically optimized rooms, and inspiring natural surroundings, Unicorn delivers a deeply creative and professional recording experience.

The facility includes three spacious acoustically treated rooms, ideal for live tracking, overdubbing, and vocal work. Natural light, cathedral ceilings, and forest views enhance the atmosphere. Artists record while deer pass by the windows and eagles soar overhead. The studio offers a Pro Tools-based setup with full professional-grade gear, run by Paul Avgerinos, who lives and works on-site. It’s the ideal blend of high-end technology and a serene creative environment.
